I ordered on 28th of January and it’s now the 13th of march. I haven’t received my order. I asked to exchange my skirt from a small to a medium on the 3rd of Feb and still to this day haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve dmed them on instagram and no response. I just want my skirt it been nearly two months now and nothing has come. They haven’t even let me know if they processed the exchanged or anything. What’s worse is that it’s for my holiday and I’m not even sure if it’ll come in time. My order number is 20220128-0000243.
