no ones responding to my dm or email, i’m asking for a time estimate on delivery ( i specified that it was no rush and i was just curious) and for some reason i can’t even get an answer for that, it’s been an entire month since i’ve ordered. you guys are being sketchy. if anyone has had a good experience with them let me know so that i can stay hopeful, otherwise i’m just going to advise everyone else to just not order from this place. it doesn’t (and shouldn’t) take weeks ( 3 weeks now with no response) to respond to an email ! you guys seem to be posting consistently on instagram and reposting peoples stories with your clothing with no problem, you should be able to respond to your customers with no issue as well. if you’re going to take months to ship things out at least communicate that with your costumers. there’s nothing wrong with orders taking time, but there’s everything wrong with ignoring everyone’s concerns about their orders. i’ve been wanting to cancel my order at this point, but i can’t even do that because you guys don’t even respond to shit. also it’s terrible that you guys prioritize the influencers you send your clothes out to ( spoke to one of them) over customers who are literally paying you for it.

i really hope i can get a response from you guys soon. the way you guys handle your business is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. like you’re telling me you don’t read any of your insta comments? you don’t read the emails sent to- what you guys stated as -your costumer service email? what is the point of this q and a section of your site when you guys don’t even respond to any of them?( although i’ve seen you respond to very few so i’m not sure what the problem is now) unless you’re just selectively ignoring everything then that would make the most sense. i know i’m not the only concerned costumer and i really hope that none of us are being scammed.

i believe they just shipped my order. it doesn’t say their name, but it makes sense if it’s them. however, everything above still stands. i’m fine with the amount time it took for it to be shipped, but i’m not okay with the lack of communication. i still would suggest not supporting this place until they fix that. i shouldn’t have to worry about my order the entire time especially when no one’s responding to me about it. also the time limit to cancel your order should 100% be extended if it’s going to take more than a month to ship anyways. especially if we can’t even email you to ask to cancel. basically i can come up with a plethora of reasons as to why you should fix your customer service dynamic, but that’d take too long, just fix it.
yeah like i said pls do not support this brand, there were a lot of upset costumers commenting on one of their posts, including mine and all they did was delete the post. also. the quality is not good enough for how much their clothes cost in case you were wondering. i liked it but not for $69. aliexpress material!!!
